Stress is iets waar we allemaal mee te maken hebben. Een stoot adrenaline zet je in beweging en kan ook nuttig zijn.
Wat gebeurt er echter als je te veel stress in je leven hebt?
De uitwerking is bij iedereen anders. De een heeft slapeloze nachten, de ander heeft moeite met los laten en blijft malen, en weer een ander vraagt zich af of dit het nou is of heeft moeite met herinneren waarom je ook al weer doet wat je doet.

Hoe je het ook bekijkt, de balans is weg.
En met te veel stress in je lichaam is ontspannen bijna onmogelijk.
Je ademt automatisch minder diep, je spieren spannen aan en je aandacht is gericht op de problemen of uitdagingen in je leven, die je eindeloos kan blijven rationaliseren.

Vanuit deze staat van zijn kom je niet bij oplossingen.
En je voelt je vaak snel geprikkeld en niet lekker in je vel.

Tapas Acupressuur Techniek, oftewel TAT, helpt je in korte tijd de emotionele lading van situaties af te halen en hierdoor je perspectief te veranderen.

Het zijn niet zo zeer de situaties die we tegen komen in ons leven die de problemen veroorzaken als de manier waarop we deze ervaren.

Je biografie wordt je biologie. De verhalen die je vertelt( over jezelf, anderen, het leven) hebben invloed op je welzijn of gebrek daar van.

In april 2009 werd de 1ste officiele TAT basis cursus in Nederland gegeven. In een klein groepje was dit een geweldige ervaring om op een heel intieme manier dieper inzicht te krijgen in ons zelf en de ruimte te scheppen voor meer vreugde en vrede.

De twijfelende Thomas meldde zich aan om te protesteren tegen het vertrouwen: in ons zelf, in anderen en in het leven/universum. Laat het nu precies die twijfels zijn die ons het snelste uit de verbinding met ons zelf halen en ons doen afvragen of we wel op het juiste pad zijn.

TAT (Tapas Acupressuur Techniek) is een geweldige techniek om toe te passen om bijvoorbeeld deze twijfels te erkennen en vervolgens los te laten en het vertrouwen in jezelf te versterken.

Hoe vaak heb je anderen horen twijfelen over zichzelf of situaties in hun leven, terwijl jij er geen enkele twijfel bij had voor de persoon in kwestie? Maar wanneer het op je zelf aankomt? Dat is vaak een ander verhaal, nietwaar?Hoe zou het zijn als je deze en vele andere barricades naar jouw geluk en welzijn snel kon opruimen? Gewoon door je perspectief te veranderen? En zonder precies te hoeven weten hoe?Of je nu 'last' hebt van

• overtollige spanning en stress
• twijfels
  
• angsten
  
• moeite hebt met grenzen te stellen en NEE te zeggen
• over kritisch bent naar jezelf en/of anderen
• oververmoeidheid
• gebrek aan passie
• over rationaliseren/analyseren
• lage eigenwaarde
• slaap stoornissen
• futloos voelen en nergens zin in hebben
• fysieke klachten die maar niet weg gaan
• uitstellen
• onzekerheid
• gebrek aan vertrouwen
• depressie
• moeite om tijd voor jezelf te nemen
• relatie uitdagingen
• niet weten wat je echt wilt ( maar je weet wel goed wat je NIET wilt)
• en ga zo maar door....

Tijdens de TAT basis weekend workshop zijn dit onderwerpen die aan bod kunnen komen om te worden getransformeerd. Wellicht heb jij hier je eigen variant op en zien we in de groeps dynamiek een geweldige rode draad vormen. Het is juist de kracht van deze groeps energie die enorme doorbraken tot stand kan brengen; vaak veel sneller dan wanneer je dit alleen doet.

Wanneer je TAT al eerder hebt ervaren dan zul je tijdens dit weekend meemaken hoe heerlijk het is om dit samen te delen en zul je ongetwijfeld inzichten opdoen om je eigen TAT sessies meer diepgang te geven na afloop van dit weekend.

Crop circles and Breakthrough

 I was in the UK recently and was in one of the crop circles just as
it had been announced, which was an amazing experience..., the website
of this Dutch artist Janosh is pretty cool. He has created the most amazing art
using the crop circles to convey the sacred geometry. On the Dutch site
he has the most up to date ones, the last one being Breakthrough,
reminding us how the energy is speeding up and giving us that extra
nudge to break through old limiting patterns and fears, so we can step
into our new reality.
While going through this process it is crucial to be gentle as it can be
accompanied by unrest, fatigue and disappointment. Bringing up self
doubt.

Friendships or other relationships may no longer fit, changes occur and
choices which you would not have made before. You might get fired or
people suddenly drop out of your life. Whatever is no longer a match to
your new vibration will disappear.
This letting go phase may be accompanied by grief so give yourself time
to mourn the losses, even if they weren't working in your life...they
provided a (false) sense of security and letting that go requires trust.

Physically, these transformations may also show up in general fatigue,
aches and pains in especially neck,shoulders and back. Interrupted sleep
patterns, restlessness and even changes in your regular visits to the
toilet:-)

Extra important: TAKE TIME OUT TO REST AND RECHARGE.
Go for walks in nature, meditate or have a nap.
If you push yourself , it will only prolong the discomfort.

Trust ( here's that word again) and focus upon what you desire.
When you go through whatever comes up, may it be of comfort to know that
it is being released for good.
If you skip around it or want to rush it, you're really just getting in
your way.

They suggest to focus on the centre. Our subconscious mind recognises
the sacred geometry and so is activated, in this case to support with
breakthrough.

Paul Ferrini

I was blessed to be at a workshop introduction today with Paul Ferrini. He has written many books, however, one of my favorites is: "Silence of the Heart".
Today's workshop was about Real Happiness, so right up my alley:-)

And that's really what it's all about, isn't it?

Paul had a great suggestion: throughout the day, ask yourself: "Am I loving myself right now?"

"Door TAT heb ik meer inzicht gekregen in mijn levenshouding, hoe ik mijzelf van het leven weggehouden heb in een poging het juist te bereiken. Dit heeft mij de afgelopen 31 jaar dwars gezeten en resulteerde oa. in een fobie en een enorme weerstand om aan het leven deel te nemen. Een voorbeeld hiervan is mijn angst voor de tandarts. Nadat ik alles geprobeerd had, (speciale angst tandartsen, gebruik van tv tijdens behandelingen, lachgas, totale narcose), heb ik nu door tat en z-point sessies mijn angst kunnen loslaten zonder dat ik er erg in had! Vandaag heb ik mijn ultieme tandarts ervaring gehad. Ik ben naar de tandarts gegaan zonder weken van te voren angstig te zijn, zonder huilbuien, slapeloze nachten, verlamd zijn van angst, zonder medicijnen, zonder dat er iemand bij moest zijn om mijn hand vast te houden, zonder koptelefoon op mijn hoofd, zonder dat ik lag te klapperen en trillen in de stoel van angst! Ik heb zelfs gisteren en vanmorgen nauwelijks aan de tandarts gedacht! Het ging moeiteloos en vanzelf!
Dit is voor mij een enorme opluchting! De weerstand, de moeite die ik altijd had is weg! De wekelijkse tat sessies die ik de afgelopen maanden heb gedaan bij Tina, en vooral de dagelijkse oefeningen van de afgelopen 2 weken, waren niets eens gefocused op het onderwerp tandarts, maar op het onderwerp ontvangen, en 'zijn wie ik werkelijk ben'... Daarmee heb ik laagjes van weerstand afgepeld, en zonder het te weten is hiermee ook de weerstand tegen de tandarts opgelost!
Ik heb echt het gevoel dat ik een enorme doorbraak heb bereikt door tat technieken toe te passen en ik ben dan ook reuze benieuwd naar wat er nog meer op z'n plek zal vallen! Dank je Tina, voor je support!"

How to stay centered in a stressful,  emotionally charged world…

If you find it challenging to stay connected to your source of happiness when the world around you seems to be falling apart, then read on.

Whatever is happening in the world today, how you FEEL about it is within your power.
And how you feel about anything will shift your perspective of the world and your life.

Do you catch yourself waiting for conditions to improve ‘out there’ in order to feel better about your life?
And in the meantime put your happiness on hold?

Are you waiting for the right time to take that leap of faith and follow your heart’s calling? Whether that be a switch in career, relationship, moving…

And while waiting for conditions to be ‘just right’ to make your move, find yourself worrying about the pro’s and con’s of your decisions? Your mind running endless episodes of worst case scenarios? Going over all the reasons as to why you should or should not do this? Doubts creeping in? And telling yourself to relax and let it go usually has the opposite effect?

Resulting in many restless nights and staying stuck where you are,
feeling frustrated, exhausted and bargaining with your self and life… Doubting if this was really a good idea after all..

It is very easy to be pulled out of alignment with your Self, no matter how ‘enlightened’ you might be!

When I was preparing myself to leave United Airlines after 15 years of flying, I came across some of the most bizarre thoughts and beliefs, which made no rational sense at all but they had such a grip on me that it terrified me to leave.

Every day and night for many months it was as if I was sitting on a jury, watching ‘my case’ being presented as I argued for and against my desire to follow my heart!

All the “what if’s” and “yes,but’s” were in a fierce fight with my “wouldn’t it be wonderful’s” and “I have made big changes before and it went well, so why not now?” voices!

If it hadn’t been for my training in Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) and Zpoint, then I would most likely still be in debate while waiting for enough money in my savings account, enough classes and clients to run my business, and having everything ‘just right’ before leaving the security of a monthly income and fabulous travel benefits!

Despite my background in Healing Science and having done lots of energy healing, it wasn’t until I started using TAT and Zpoint daily that I was able to let go of whatever was holding me back, without needing to know what it was or might have been.

I had a deep desire to LIVE trust instead of just knowing about trust.

It took me about 6 months of consistent clearing before I took the leap.
I felt excited, exhilarated and terrified at the same time! However, my belief in myself and in life was stronger and the foundation for trust had been built.

Stepping into a new phase in my life with many unknowns, I have had plenty of opportunities to keep using TAT and Zpoint!

Just like brushing my teeth every day it has become a part of my life.
Some days I only do a short 5 minute clearing, other days I go for the full inner workout.

Either way, it keeps me connected to my source of wellbeing and happiness.

If I get pulled out of alignment because I am not aware in that moment, then these techniques bring me back into alignment very quickly.

Life happens, challenges arise, old limiting beliefs show up from (seemingly) nowhere and I may forget that nothing and no-one has the power to pull me out of my connection without my permission (ofcourse I don’t see that when in the midst of it!).
It can certainly seem that outside conditions influence how I feel, yet, at the end of the day, I am the only one who can bring me back into alignment with ME again and TAT and Zpoint have proven to be highly effective for me with this.

I could tell you many more stories of how effective these tools have been for me and many others, however, don’t take my word for it. I’d rather you experience it for yourself!
